COMMERCIAL KITCHEN FOOD PREP SANITISER
Ensuring the safety of patrons is one of the most important aspects of running a food service business. Nobody wants to go out for a meal only to take home a bad case of food poisoning. In order to serve fresh and safe food, key hygiene practices must be followed.
Government regulations require the use of sanitisers in commercial kitchens. As a result, there are strict guidelines on cleaning and sanitising of food preparation areas.
BUSHBY’S – KIT-SAN Is specifically made to Sanitise Food Preparation Areas for the upmost safety and best practice procedures. Kit-San is a unique blend of Bio-Surfactants and certified Germicidal Sanitising compounds that exceed government requirements.
Sanitising Process
1. Clean surface thoroughly with detergent (Bushby’s Pot & Pan) and wash off with clean water.
2. Spray dry surfaces with rinse free sanitiser ‘KIT-SAN’or apply using a cloth or sponge.
3. Keep the surface wet with sanitiser for a few minutes.
4. Rinsing is not required but treated surfaces should be adequately drained and dry before they come in contact with food again.
KIT-SAN is formulated for sanitising cutlery or cooking implements that are either unable to fit in the dishwasher or are required for sink washing, surface benches and equipment where the two-step cleaning process is required. Be aware of electrical equipment and do not spray on power outlets.
