Step 1
Treat It — Delete Mould
Delete Mould is our #1 best-selling mould remover, trusted by professional cleaners and Aussie households for nearly 50 years. This proprietary blend goes beyond ordinary bleach, penetrating deep into porous surfaces to treat mould spores at the source — not just whiten the surface.
Perfect for
- Bathroom grout, silicone, ceilings & windows
- Driveways, pavers, fences, and outdoor furniture
- Shade sails, canvas awnings & caravans
Why it works
Delete Mould contains sodium hypochlorite, surfactants, and stabilisers that break down mould and lift it away, leaving your surfaces fresh and clean for months.
Tip: Apply to a dry surface
and leave for at least an hour (the longer the better) before rinsing.
Always work in a ventilated area and test on a small spot first.

Step 2
Maintain It — Mould Master
Once the mould is gone, it’s time to keep it from coming back. That’s where Mould Master comes in — a bleach-free, slow-acting mould treatment that’s gentle but effective. It’s perfect for delicate surfaces, regular maintenance, or for homes with pets, children, or septic systems.
Perfect for
- Painted walls, ceilings, fabrics & soft furnishings.
- Bathrooms, laundry areas & damp spaces
- Sensitive materials like wood and natural stone
Why it’s different
Mould Master treats mould naturally without bleach, so it won’t whiten or damage surfaces. It’s ideal for ongoing control and safe indoor use.
Tip: Use Mould Master monthly in bathrooms or damp areas to prevent regrowth. Pair with Balance Probiotic Cleaner for a healthier, mould-resistant home.
Slow, Gentle & Effective
The Science of Non-Bleach Mould Treatment
Treating mould bleach-free starts with a penetrant that reaches spores in porous surfaces (think grout, plaster, timber) without whitening dyes that can mask regrowth. Products like Mould Master use non-chlorine actives that work more slowly but keep surfaces intact and are safer for septic/grey-water setups. Clean the area first to remove dust (mould food), apply to a dry surface for better uptake, and allow full dwell time so the actives contact spores. Aftercare is crucial: keep humidity under 60%, run exhaust fans or dehumidifiers, and maintain with a gentle probiotic/bleach-free cleaner to starve spores and out-compete them. Always ensure good ventilation during treatment—this speeds drying (mould hates dry) and reduces any vapour exposure—then keep air moving to prevent the damp conditions where mould thrives.

Yes — just make sure the area is well-ventilated and do a small test first. Perfect for bathrooms, ceilings, and walls.
Delete Mould is not septic-safe and should be used away from pets until dry. Try Mould Master or Balance for a safe, bleach-free alternative.

Mould Master = slow-acting, bleach-free formula for gentle, ongoing control.
Results vary by surface and environment, but many users enjoy long-term protection lasting months — especially outdoors.
Delete Mould is strong and fast acting.
Always apply Delete Mould undiluted or neat to a dry surface.
In many cases, given the product has been able to penetrate the mould
to the base, allowing the product to ‘soak in’ giving it time to work
will ensue the best results.
The darker the mould the longer you want to leave the product soaking (guide only, not the rule).
Generally, a minimum of 20 minutes on walls and shower mould, grout
etc… If possible, for outdoor concretes and driveways leave on the
surfaces for a minimum of an hour but, if able, leave it for the weather
to remove.
If washing off, a light hose to leave the crystals behind will keep
the moulds at bay for longer. Scrubbing will give a faster result but
often not required.
Vertical surface cleaning – IMPORTANT
If product is applied to walls or roofs and allowed to run down walls,
it can leave runnels or etch marks that are visible and often unable to
be removed like many strong products. Either apply the product from the
ground up so it runs over itself or use water and soak the area below so
the product cannot penetrate the surface.

Yes. Delete Mould contains sodium hypochlorite (bleach), as listed on the SDS. While bleach does offer bacterial kill, we primarily leverage it for fast stain remediation (whitening/brightening) straight after treatment. The heavy lifting is done by our specialised proprietary blend of penetrants and surfactants that treats mould at the source and helps keep it away longer. Think of it as a 2-in-1: deep treatment + immediate stain lift, so you don’t need a separate bleach step.
Prefer a non-bleach option for delicate surfaces?
Choose Mould Master — it treats mould without bleaching/whitening, making it ideal for sensitive areas and ongoing maintenance.

Step 3
Mould aftercare
After you’ve treated the mould, switch to a simple maintenance routine so it doesn’t return. Balance Probiotic Cleaner re-seeds surfaces with beneficial microbes that compete with mould for space and food (great for regular wipe-downs). One For All is your everyday multi-surface cleaner for benches, walls and high-touch spots. Lemon Fresh adds a hygienic refresh where odours linger (laundry, bins, wet areas). In bathrooms, Shower Pro (acid-based) dissolves soap scum and mineral film so moisture can’t cling—making it harder for mould to re-establish. Used together, these keep dust (mould food), residue and excess moisture under control—the three things mould needs most.
What Actually Works
Bathroom & Home Mould Control
- Hold humidity under ~60%: run exhaust fans during and 20 minutes after showers/cooking; use a dehumidifier in persistently damp rooms.
- Dry what gets wet: squeegee shower glass/tiles, wipe window condensation, and launder/dry towels fully before re-use.
- Move the air: open windows/doors daily; leave wardrobe/cupboard doors ajar; don’t push furniture hard against external walls—leave a 5–10 cm gap.
- Fix moisture fast: repair leaks, clear gutters/downpipes, and vent clothes dryers to the outside.
- Reduce mould’s “food”: dust and vacuum (HEPA if possible), clean window/door tracks, and keep silicone/grout free of soap residue with Shower Pro.
- Sunlight helps: open blinds/curtains to let light warm and dry surfaces; use moisture absorbers in small closed spaces (robes, linen cupboards).
Use Balance or One For All for routine wipes 2–3× weekly in damp zones; refresh with Lemon Fresh as needed; descale with Shower Pro weekly in showers. This combo keeps surfaces clean, dry and less hospitable to mould—long after the initial treatment.

Our expert tips to
Keep Mould Away
Treating mould is only half the job — keeping it away long-term is where prevention matters most.
- Improve airflow — open windows, use exhaust fans, and let rooms dry out fully.
- Reduce humidity — use dehumidifiers in damp spaces or wet weather.
- Clean regularly — wipe down areas, which adds beneficial bacteria to outcompete mould spores.
- Watch for hidden mould — musty smells can indicate growth behind walls or under flooring.
