This website is operated by Bushby Cleaning Products Pty Ltd (“The Company”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Company. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory, or that you have given us consent to allow your minor dependents to use the site. You must not use our products for any unlawful purpose or violate any Australian laws (including copyright). Breaches will result in immediate termination of services.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time. Non-credit card data may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card data is always encrypted. You may not exploit any part of the Service without written permission. Headings are for reference only.

3. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

The content on this site is provided for general information and may not be up to date or complete. Historical content is for reference only. We may modify site content at any time without obligation to update it.

4. Modifications to Service and Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any product without notice. We are not liable for any such modifications or discontinuations.

5. Products or Services

Some products or services may only be available online and may be in limited supply. Colours may differ due to screen settings. We may limit quantities or sales to specific regions or customers. Products are sold for their intended purpose only. We are not liable for any misuse or use by untrained personnel.

All orders must be paid in full before shipping. Overpayments may be flagged as suspicious and cancelled.

6. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, or restrict multiple orders per person/household/account. You must provide current and accurate account and payment information. Please review our Returns Policy for further details.

7. Optional Tools

Third-party tools may be offered “as-is” without warranties or monitoring. Use of these tools is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site may include content from or links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or actions. Please review their terms before engaging.

9. User Comments and Submissions

You grant us the unrestricted right to use any submissions (ideas, suggestions, etc.) you provide. We are not obligated to maintain confidentiality, provide compensation or respond. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your comments.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information without prior notice, including after orders have been submitted.

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for:

• Violating Australian or international laws
• Infringing intellectual property
• Harassment or discrimination
• Uploading harmful code
• Spam, phishing or scraping
• Circumventing security features

Violation may result in termination of services.

All services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of the service or product, including indirect or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bushby Cleaning and its affiliates harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.

16. Termination

These Terms are effective unless terminated by either party. We may terminate your access to the Service at any time for breaches.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and us. Previous versions or oral agreements are superseded.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

21. Refer a Friend Program

• Referrals must be personal, not commercial
• Fraud or mass referrals may result in termination
• You act as an independent party and are responsible for tax obligations
• We may modify or cancel the program at any time
  

22. Promotions & Bonus Items

• Bonus items may differ in appearance from promotional images
• No warranty is provided on bonus items
• Loyalty programs and offers may change or end without notice

Show Us Your Before & After Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Monthly Before & After Competition

The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Entries are free. No purchase is required; however, submitted content must show genuine results achieved using Bushby Cleaning products.

To enter, email your before and after photos, along with your name and the Bushby product(s) used, to marketing@bushbycleaning.com.au.

One winner will be selected each calendar month and will receive a $50 Bushby Cleaning Gift Card.

Multiple entries are permitted. Each unique before and after transformation counts as one entry.

Entries received by 11:59pm AEST on the last day of each month will be included in that month's competition.

Winners will be contacted via email within 7 days. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, Bushby Cleaning reserves the right to select another winner.

2. Professional Cleaner Content Rewards

Professional cleaners are also invited to submit genuine photos and videos showing Bushby Cleaning products being used on real cleaning jobs.

If Bushby Cleaning selects and uses your submitted content in paid advertising, the following rewards apply:

• Video content used in advertising – $200 Bushby Cleaning Gift Card
• Before & after photo content used in advertising – $50 Bushby Cleaning Gift Card

Submitting content does not automatically qualify for a gift card. A gift card is only awarded if Bushby Cleaning selects and actually uses the submitted photo(s) or video in its advertising.

Bushby Cleaning has sole discretion over which content is selected for advertising and is under no obligation to use submitted content.

Unless otherwise agreed, each individual piece of selected content is eligible for one applicable reward. Bushby Cleaning will contact the person who submitted the content if it is selected for advertising.

3. Content Requirements & Permission

By submitting photos or videos, you confirm that:

• You created the content or have permission from the content owner to submit it.
• You have permission from the property owner, customer and any identifiable person appearing in the content where required.
• The content does not infringe another person's copyright, privacy or other rights.
• Any cleaning results shown are genuine and have not been digitally altered or misrepresented.
• Genuine Bushby Cleaning products were used to achieve the results shown.
• The information you provide about the products used and results achieved is true and accurate.

Please avoid including customer names, addresses, number plates, documents, photographs or other personally identifying information in submitted content.

4. How Bushby May Use Submitted Content

By submitting content, you grant Bushby Cleaning permission to use content selected by us, including your photos, videos, voice, first name, business name and comments/testimonials supplied with the content, for Bushby Cleaning marketing and promotional purposes.

This may include use on:

• Paid digital advertising
• Facebook and Instagram
• Bushby Cleaning's website
• Email marketing
• Organic social media
• Other digital and printed promotional material

Bushby Cleaning may crop, resize, shorten, caption, add branding, combine or otherwise edit submitted content to suit different advertising formats, provided the cleaning results are not deliberately altered or misrepresented.

Where cleaner content is selected for paid advertising, the applicable $200 video or $50 photo gift card is the agreed reward for that use, unless Bushby Cleaning and the content creator agree otherwise in writing.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued for use with Bushby Cleaning and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Professional cleaner content rewards are separate from the Monthly Before & After Competition. Receiving a monthly competition prize does not automatically entitle an entrant to a professional cleaner content reward, and vice versa.

6. General Conditions

Bushby Cleaning reserves the right to reject content that is offensive, misleading, unsafe, incomplete, poor quality, unrelated to Bushby Cleaning products or otherwise unsuitable for publication or advertising.

Bushby Cleaning reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the Monthly Before & After Competition or Professional Cleaner Content Rewards program where reasonably necessary.

Personal information submitted as part of these programs will be handled in accordance with Bushby Cleaning's Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties.

Participation in the Monthly Before & After Competition or submission of content for the Professional Cleaner Content Rewards program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
