Shipping & Refund Policy

At Bushby Cleaning, we stand behind the performance of our products. If you’re not getting the results expected, we’re here to help—your first step must be to contact us. It’s only polite. We’re dedicated to helping you achieve the intended results, and most issues can be resolved with guidance and correct usage.

If you leave a negative review before contacting us, we may reach out to understand your experience and offer support. We genuinely want to help you get the best possible outcome from your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds are only considered after 14 days of product use and only if:

  • You’ve followed all label directions
  • You’ve used a suitable quantity for the application
  • You can provide photos of the area treated
  • You return the unused product in its original container

Refunds will not be approved if:

  • The issue relates to surfaces needing repair (e.g. cracked tiles, missing sealant, leaks)
  • Mould or issues are behind surfaces or beyond the reach of the product
  • The product is used outside the intended purpose or with unrealistic expectations
  • It has been misused or applied contrary to our guidelines

You must also supply a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned in damaged or altered condition (not due to our error)
  • Missing parts

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Recheck your bank or credit card account
  • Contact your bank or card provider
  • If still unresolved, email us at info@bushbycleaning.com.au

Sale Items and Bonus Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale or promotional/bonus items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If this applies, please email us a photo of the damaged packaging and product at info@bushbycleaning.com.au and keep the package outdoors until we advise next steps.

Experimental Products

Products provided for testing or evaluation are not covered by warranty. While safe to handle as directed, users must follow appropriate safety procedures, including PPE, and conduct spot testing. We are not responsible for surface reactions or any damage caused.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value. Otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50. Refunds will not be issued for items we do not receive.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund total.

We cannot accept returns in the following situations:

  • Missing, defaced, or illegible product labels
  • Products returned for personal preference reasons unrelated to performance
  • Contaminated or misused products
  • Use outside intended purpose or with unrealistic expectations
  • Excessive wear and tear or improper storage
  • Products damaged by accidents, fire, flood, or natural disasters
  • Repeated misuse or suspected abuse of our policy

Shipping Policy

Free or discounted shipping applies to Australian addresses only. We may use multiple carriers and dispatch orders Monday to Friday around midday.

Please provide any delivery instructions at checkout (e.g. “Leave at front door”). If left blank, the default is “Signature on Delivery”. Please note that carriers may not always follow instructions.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or external circumstances are beyond our control, and we cannot accept responsibility for such delays.

Our preferred carriers are Australia Post and Aramex. Delivery times vary by region and may take 2–14 business days depending on your location and whether express shipping is selected. You will receive tracking updates directly from the carrier.
